Μετά την πιστοποίηση του ΕΡΡΙΚΟΣ ΝΤΥΝΑΝ Hospital Center ως Center of Excellence in Hernia Surgery, το Α Χειρουργικό Τμήμα υπό την επιστημονική καθοδήγηση του Διευθυντού κ. Μάριου Παπούδου, διοργανώνει εκπαιδευτικά σεμινάρια με στόχο την θεωρητική και πρακτική ενημέρωση γενικών χειρουργών από χώρες της Νοτιοανατολικής Ευρώπης για τις πλέον σύγχρονες μεθόδους στην χειρουργική αποκατάσταση της κήλης.
Οι ιατροί που συμμετέχουν στα σεμινάρια παρακολουθούν ανοικτές και λαπαροσκοπικές επεμβάσεις, ενημερώνονται για τις νέες τεχνικές, καθώς και τα νεότερα υλικά και πλέγματα που χρησιμοποιούνται και αποσκοπούν στην αποτελεσματικότερη αποκατάσταση της κήλης, την εξάλειψη του μετεγχειρητικού πόνου και τη σχεδόν μηδενική πιθανότητα υποτροπής.
