Henry Dunant Hospital launches a partnership with Philips University, a Cypriot higher educational institution, with a special clinical internship program for students of the Philips University Nursing Department.
This is a strategic partnership that validates the high level of services, infrastructure and, above all, the medical and nursing staff of Henry Dunant Hospital, as certified by the leading international JCI accreditation. The new agreement covers the BSc undergraduate program in Nursing at Philips University, offering to the students of the Nursing program the opportunity to carry out their clinical internship at the premises of the Henry Dunant Hospital.
With more than four decades of experience in the educational system of Cyprus, Philips University, recognized by the Hellenic National Academic Recognition and Information Center (D.O.A.T.A.P – Hellenic NARIC) as equivalent to the Greek universities, has developed in recent years a particular dynamic in the health sciences, with emphasis on Nursing. It is the only University in Cyprus and Greece that has a Counselling Program on Addictions of all kinds, with specialization in Prevention and Interventions, fully harmonized with the requirements of modern society.
Starting with this clinical internship, Philips University and Henry Dunant Hospital look forward to a constructive partnership, which will help further improve the nursing services in Greece.
