For one more year, the HDHC scientific committee has prepared and is implementing a free, comprehensive, high-level educational program, certified and accredited by the Panhellenic Medical Association, offering valuable skills to physicians and to anyone who works in the health sector.
The purpose of the multi-disciplinary educational program for the academic year 2018-19, which begins on September 27, 2018 and ends on June 20, 2019, is to provide a multi-level briefing on the latest developments in modern medicine for both young and old members of the medical community, given that continuous information and training is a necessity in our time.
The new program will cover 35 subjects and will receive 70 Continuous Medical Education (CME-CPD ) credits from the PMA, in accordance with the EACCME-UEMS criteria, significantly upgrading the personal cv’s and scientific qualifications of participants. The scientific events have been scheduled to take place on Thursdays at the hospital center’s amphitheatre (13.30 – 15.30), facilitating the annual scheduling of the stakeholders for systematic attendance of the program.
It is noted that credits are ensured by the compulsory registration to and attendance of at least 80% of the modules covering the academic period. The program, which practically covers all specialities and medical services and current developments of our time, is addressed to physicians of all specialties and levels of education (specialists and interns, postgraduate students, etc.) but also to all those involved and employed in the health sector.
