Greco has served as President and CEO of GlaxoShithKline Greece and Adriatics Cluster Director (Bulgaria, Malta, Gibraltar, Serbia, Montenegro, Cyprus, Croatia Bosnia & Herzegovina, FYROM, Albania), President and CEO of Astrazeneca Greece and Cyprus, member of the Board of Directors of S.F.E.E. and Region Manager of Coca Cola Company.
