History

Henry Dunant Hospital Center bears the name of the Swiss humanitarian and founder of the Worldwide Red Cross movement, as its core values are rooted in the concepts of care, support, solidarity and respect for human dignity.

It is owned by "IMITHEA SINGLE MEMBER S.A." and is one of the biggest and most technologically advanced hospital centers in the healthcare services sector, both in Greece and in the wider region of Southeastern Europe.

It was constructed in 2000, in accordance with the specifications of the 517/91 Presidential Decree, its buildings have been conceived and designed to function, solely and exclusively, as a hospital.

It serves its values diligently, always with a human centric focus, by providing services that ensure human health and well being, it continuously invests in the development of medical science and consistently supports local communities and society as a whole through its Corporate Social Responsibility program.
