The Chairman of the Board of Trustees, President of the Scientific Committee, and President of Henry Dunant Hospital, Mr. Andreas Martinis, have informed the Board of Directors for the decision of the Hellenic Red Cross Foundation as it concerns the severance of co-operation for three years more, with Eurohospital Company that was in charge for the management of Henry Dunant Hospital with written agreement from 11.12.2007.

The Board of Directors agreed with one assent the instance of President and he countersigned the content of the 7.11.2008 letter to Eurospital Company. Also, they delegate President to consult with hospital’s officials and to decide for the necessity or not of delegation of management to a third party.

Moreover, they delegate to President to check in order find the best operator or individual to who may it assign the management since that counted from President necessary.
